Home>Product Use>Why use recycled organics products?

Recycled organic products are manufactured from compostable organics traditionally disposed of in landfill. Reprocessing of these materials into products that can be used to improve soils, the environment or in applications where they substitute for finite resources represents an approach to maximising the intrinsic value of these materials

Recycled organic products can improve soil conditions and plant growth in a variety of applications. Improved plant growth occurs through improved water usage, suppression of plant diseases, and provision of essential nutrients. Recycled organic products, therefore, can substantially reduce fertiliser, water, herbicide, fungicide and bacteriocide usage in such applications.

More detailed information of why recycled organics products should be used can be found in the Buyers Guide for Recycled Organics Products.
